Cost and Revenues in TruckerZoom are organized in two different categories.

Container Charge Categories are categories that are easily attributable to a work order such as driver pay, haulage fee to the customer, and lift and storage fees.

Cost and Revenue Categories are categories such as leases, yard rentals, salaries, or insurances not directly attributable to a work order.

Container Charge Categories

Click Settings and Select Container Charge Categories, in either Accts. Receivable or Payable.

Click New Charge.

Use the Order column to specify the order of options displayed in the selection list. If items share a number, the items will be listed alphabetically.

Complete New Receivable Charge (or other) form.

Cost and Revenue Categories

Cost and Revenue Categories are categories such as leases, yard rentals, salaries, marketing, utility bills, or insurances not directly attributable to a work order.

These categories are not displayed on the work order by default unless the For Container option is selected.

When selected, a TP invoice will be able to be directly attributable to a work order.

Select Settings, and Click Cost Categories or Revenue Categories.

Check Only for Acct. in order to make this category option available only to those with the Controller role.
