# Workspaces

The Workspaces page displays a list of required tasks necessary to complete each shipment. Use the Tasks page to see a list of all outstanding tasks assigned to each dispatcher.

**Click** Workspaces.

**Select** tasks by User and Task Type.

**Type** a comment and **Press** *Enter* to add a comment to a task.\
**Click** task items to mark them completed (green).

**Select** *Toggle Tasks* on the container page to display a list of tasks specific to that container.

To configure a default task assignee, **Click** *Settings* , and **Select** *Task Default Assignees.*

**Select** the task assignee for the desired task.
