The Calendar, also known as the Load Board, provides dispatchers with a snapshot about the daily scheduled container deliveries and pick ups. It is used by the dispatcher to coordinate load pickup and delivery with the customer, and update operations date.
Click Calendar.
Use the filters at the top of the page to view only confirmed orders, pre alerts, pre pulls, or undispatched orders.
Review shipments for complete information. Contact customers, drivers, and/or rail companies to coordinate container pickup and drop off.
Update shipments with new information as it becomes available.
To set the days to view in the calendar, Click the upper right menu icon as shown below:
A frame will appear to allow you to choose which calendar days to view, or to rearrange the order of the columns, or to hide columns that are not needed.
To view driver status, Click on the truck icon in upper right corner.
Next to each driver name is a red, orange, or green circle which specify the following:
Color
Meaning
Red
Driver has a load, or multiple loads, totaling more than 100 miles.
Orange
Driver has a load, or multiple loads, totaling less than 100 miles.
Green
Driver has no load.
